APPENDIXES IN SUPPORT OF SELECTION CRITERIA

     
  Appendix 19 - Rehabilitation Project-Ordinance or resolution of local governmental unit designating redevelopment area, map of redevelopment area, and evidence that local governmental unit provides incentives and/or resources on priority basis to redevelopment area. (obtain from local governmental unit)
   
  Appendix 20 - Abandoned Project-Letter from local governmental unit stating that all units in Project are substandard and have been vacant for at least six months.
   
  Appendix 21 - High Vacancy Project-Letter from local governmental unit stating the number of units vacant for at least 90 days and likely to remain vacant because such units are substandard.
   
  Appendix 22 - Blighted Housing Scattered Site-List of each address, square footage and costs of each separate building for Scattered Site.
   
  Appendix 23 - Single Room Occupancy Shelter-Resolution or ordinance of local governmental unit which endorses the SRO Project and certifies that the SRO Project will provide shelter to homeless persons or will receive Stewart-McKinney Act Funds.
   
  Appendix 24 - Accessible Project- Evidence of Supportive Services
   
  Appendix 25 - Special Needs- Evidence of Supportive Services
